After 30 years of success in business – the last 25 working for the best-in-class Gallo wine empire – Kristi Marsella recently entered private practice as an expert facilitator, trainer, and speaker on the development of human performance.
Kristi Marsella was Vice President, Human Resources for the E. & J. Gallo Winery, and for the Gallo family-owned G3 Enterprises, where she led and innovated all systems related to human performance. Kristi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, and a Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
Winner of Chief Learning Officer Magazine’s prestigious Learning in Practice Gold Vanguard Award for learning executives who have completely overhauled existing workforce development initiatives, Kristi is a Certified Gallup Strengthsfinder® Coach, and carries multiple training certifications including Belbin®, Franklin Covey®, DDI®, CCL®, 5 Dynamics®.
Today, Kristi’s practice ranges from coaching individuals and facilitating group work, to designing and delivering customized training and keynote addresses. Her ability to guide and facilitate teams through complex planning and problem-solving processes is second to none, and her energy and good humor engage and draw together even the most challenging groups.
Kristi and her husband John live in Oakdale, California on a 135-year-old farm among their vineyards on a bank of the Stanislaus River.
