Can science help improve your negotiating skills?  Absolutely- if you understand business chemistry. Join NEW Chicago and Scott Jensen of Deloitte's Growth Enterprise Services as he explains the four types of behavior that make up a team: The Driver, Pioneer, Integrator, and Guardian.

Scott Jensen, Managing Director in Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory practice will present highlights from Deloitte’s Award Winning, Business Chemistry. Scott will share why Business Chemistry is needed in today's work environment where individuals and teams are challenged to deliver high level performance in high pressure situations. Deloitte found that existing personality assessments often used in team building were not tailored to the work environment, and that business relevant traits were better indicators of team chemistry and success. Scott will share an overview of the business chemistry approach, the Four Work Styles, and tips and techniques for using these styles to bring individuals and teams together.

Scott brings over 37 years of business development expertise with the last 19 years in professional services. Scott is National Sales Leader for Deloitte’s private middle market initiative. At Deloitte, he built the popular sales course called The Art & Science of Business Development. In addition, he has built several other training courses including Trusted Relationships, Orals Boot Camp, and the Art of Influence.
