Join us in the Skyline Room at The Walker Art Center, with its breathtaking views of Minneapolis and its creative, artistic expressions across multitudes of perspectives, for a morning of learning that will be reflective and thought provoking.
Mary-Frances Winters, Author of “We Can’t Talk about That at Work! How to Talk about Race, Religion, Politics, and Other Polarizing Topics (2017)” is coming to the Twin Cities to facilitate this very special event!
Mary-Frances Winters is president, CEO and founder of The Winters Group, Inc., a 33-year-old global organizational development and diversity and inclusion consulting firm. Dubbed a thought leader in the field, for the past three decades she has impacted over hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals with her thought provoking message, and her approach to organizational change and human development. Mary-Frances is also the author of four books, a sought-after keynote speaker and global workshop leader.
Mary-Frances will lead us in an interactive, experiential event to help us untangle webs of our own unconscious bias and the gaps that exist in our relationship as women across diverse backgrounds. We’ll learn (and practice!) how bold conversations can help us break down barriers, support each other better as women, and drive true inclusion.
While the theme of our event centers on women, what you will hear and learn here will educate you and help you work, live and lead inclusively no matter your gender or race. All are welcome and will benefit from joining us!
