What's Your Plan Be?
Libby Spears, founder of Bravo Communication and Consulting, has 20 years experience in education, communication, and leadership. She blends her humor and storytelling background in teaching others to effectively communicate bringing us "What’s Your Plan Be?"
When we are children, adults ask us "What do you want to be when you grow up?" The truth is, by the time you are twenty-five, most people assume you will have it all figured out. That is rarely the case. I have worked with thousands of women of all ages, backgrounds, and professions and here is what I see: Many of these smart, interesting, creative, and motivated women struggle to answer the question: “Who do I want to be?” That question is where WYPBe was born—from conversations with women who are searching to find their place in the world and make a difference. It is a plan that is designed and launched by YOU for YOU! Whether you are struggling to articulate your plan for your personal or professional life, WYPBe offers a strategy to work through these issues from an organized and methodical outlook.
In this talk, Libby Spears will share the philosophy of WYPBe, walk you through a WYPBe activity and share success stories from women who have used this question to find their own Plan Be.
